All mechanical, non-consumable components — the ceramic valve, control board housing, fiberglass and brine tanks — that don't contact water directly.
Control valve, circuit board, and filtration media — protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Installation labor and the reverse-osmosis system, for one year from the date of purchase. Trip fees waived the first year.

Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Honest Water Co guidelines. It excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or contaminant levels beyond system specifications.
Replacement parts or services do not extend or reset the original warranty period, and must be installed by an Honest Water Co-approved technician. Labor associated with component replacement is not included after the first year.
This warranty is exclusive and provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Honest Water Co of El Paso is not liable for incidental or consequential damages exceeding the cost of the product itself.
