Warranty and upkeep
What you do
- Keep the brine tank between half and two-thirds full of salt. That is the only routine upkeep.
- The valve regenerates on its own based on how much water you use.
- We call you when anything is due.
What a softener does not do
- It does not purify drinking water. For that, add reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink.

How long does installation take?
Most installs take about half a day. Our own crew does the work, not a subcontractor.
What size softener do I need?
The Standard fits most homes up to three baths. The XL is for four or more baths or eight or more people. The Dual Tank is for ten or more people, pools, or constant demand. We confirm the size when we quote you.
Is softened water safe to drink?
Yes. Softening swaps hardness minerals for a small amount of sodium. Many customers add reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water.
